For the purposes of these Terms of Service, "Platform" refers collectively to BLUEBED.AI (PTE.) LTD., the BlueBed mobile application, the BlueBed.ai mobile application, the BlueBed.ai website, its associated backend systems, and its developers, operators, and affiliates.

2. No Financial Advice / AI Insights Disclaimer

The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence to provide data analytics and insights, including but not limited to metrics such as "Suitability", "Capital Gain", and "Capital Gain Potential". You expressly acknowledge and agree that these insights are AI-generated estimates based on historical data and probabilistic modeling. They do not constitute professional financial, real estate, or investment advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Real estate investments carry inherent risks. Human expertise, due diligence, and independent verification are essential before making any financial decisions. The Platform and its developers are not licensed financial advisors. We explicitly disclaim any liability for any financial loss, damages, or missed opportunities, whether direct or indirect, resulting from your reliance on the Platform's data or AI-generated insights.

3. Third-Party Content and Ownership

The Platform may analyze, aggregate, and display content, data, or images imported from third-party websites or sources for analysis purposes. The Platform does not claim ownership of such third-party content. All rights, title, and interest in such content remain with their respective owners.

Where applicable, the Platform will endeavor to provide a link back to the original source of the content. If you are a copyright owner and believe your content is being used improperly, please contact us for resolution.

4. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be validly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
